Resolved,
That Donald J. Trump, President of the United States, is impeached for treason, premeditated treason, misprision of treason and for raising, aiding and abetting a family of unregistered foreign agents of hostile nations in direct violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) enacted by Congress in 1938 to combat the influence of agents of communism operating within the continental United States and against the United States.
Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for treason, premeditated treason, misprision of treason and for aiding and abetting unregistered foreign agents of hostile nations.
Article II: Treason, Premeditated Treason, Misprision of Treason and Aiding and Abetting of Unregistered Foreign Agents of Hostile Nations.
The Constitution provides that the House of Representatives “shall have the sole Power of Impeachment” and that the President “shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”. In his conduct of the office of President of the United States—and in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed—Donald J. Trump has tolerated the unprecedented, categorical, and deliberate infiltration of his own life, his family and his business affairs by foreign hostile nations and as a result, the United States Government through his powers as President by the positions of influence he assigned to unregistered foreign agents of hostile nations. President Trump has abused the powers of the Presidency in a manner offensive to, and subversive of, the Constitution, in that:
President Trump betrayed the trust of the American people when he discovered the true nature and hostile source of the sexpionage activities of his wife Melania Knavs Trump and:
- Refused with premeditation to alert the relevant intelligence agencies within the United States Government about the penetration of his family, finances and business operations by an unregistered foreign agent(s) of hostile nations in order to facilitate a counterintelligence operation to neutralize the attack.
- Deliberately allowed with premeditation the unregistered foreign agents of hostile nations to direct him towards political activities designed to propel him to the Presidency of the United States while withholding critical information about the extortion, blackmail and sexpionage operation that had been mounted against him.
- Deliberately accepted with premeditation the nomination on July 21 of 2016 as Candidate of the Republican Party to the Presidency of the United States while withholding critical information about the intelligence operation that had been emplaced against him by unregistered foreign agents of hostile nations.
- Deliberately accepted with premeditation the results of the Presidential Elections on November 8 of 2016 making him President-elect of the United States of America while withholding critical information about the intelligence operation emplaced against him by unregistered foreign agents advancing the interests of foreign hostile powers.
- Deliberately accepted with premeditation the results of the Electoral College on December 19 of 2016 setting him on a path to the Presidency of the United States of America while withholding critical information about the intelligence operation that had been emplaced against him by unregistered foreign agents representing the interests of foreign hostile powers.
- Deliberately chose with premeditation to be sworn in as President of the United States of America on January 20 of 2017, elevating unregistered foreign sexpionagent of influence Melania Knavs Trump to a position of honor and prestige as First Lady of the United States while withholding critical information about the intelligence operation that had been designed against him by her handlers and other unregistered foreign agents representing foreign hostile nations.
- Deliberately chose with premeditation to withhold critical information about the intelligence operation that had been mounted against him by foreign hostile nations beginning with the sexual entrapment by Ivana Zelníčková Trump, an unregistered foreign agent for the Czechoslovakian Secret Police (StB) and the Soviet KGB.
- Has deliberately permitted with premeditation that unregistered foreign agent Ivana Zelníčková Trump continue to act unhindered as an agent of influence over their children Donald John Trump Zelníčková, Ivanka Trump Zelníčková, and Eric Frederick Trump Zelníčková to this present day.
- Has deliberately permitted with premeditation that unregistered foreign agent Melania Knavs Trump continues to operate unhindered as an agent of influence over their child Barron Trump Knavs to this present day.
- Has deliberately permitted with premeditation that unregistered foreign agents Viktor Knavs and Amalija Knavs continue to operate unhindered as agents of influence over his son Barron Trump Knavs and aided and abetted such unregistered foreign agents of hostile nations by advancing them to a position of prominence in the White House to this present day.
- Has permitted with premeditation that unregistered foreign agents Melania Knavs Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump Zelníčková, Eric Frederick Trump Zelníčková, Viktor Knavs and Amalija Knavs continue to operate unhindered as agents of influence by transferring decision-making responsibilities from properly supervised Federal employees in the Oval Office to members of his immediate family in the Family Residence of the White House, aiding and abetting such unregistered foreign agents of hostile nations by advancing them to a position of power and influence in the White House to the detriment of the Constitution and the endangerment of the United States of America.
- Has permitted with premeditation that unregistered foreign agents Melania Knavs Trump, Donald John Trump Zelníčková, Ivanka Trump Zelníčková, Eric Frederick Trump Zelníčková, Viktor Knavs, Amalija Knavs and the hostile nations they represent to continue to act as agents of influence and impact his duties and schedule as President of the United States to the detriment of the Constitution and the endangerment of the United States of America to this present day.
- Has permitted with premeditation that unregistered foreign agent Jared Kushner act as an agent of influence for various Arab nations in violation of the Emulements Clause forbidding conflicts of interest and personal enrichment, thus impacting his duties as President of the United States and lowering the prestige and dignity of the Office of the President of the United States and to the detriment of the Constitution of the United States of America to this present day.
- Has acted with premeditation as an unregistered foreign agent of hostile nations and their intelligence services in order to advance policies favorable to such nations and to the detriment of the National Security of the United States in direct violation to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.
Through these actions, President Donald John Trump III has deliberately endangered the national security of the United States, undermined the Constitution he has sworn under oath to preserve, protect and defend and continues to engage in treason by giving comfort and refuge to unregistered foreign agents of foreign hostile powers within his own family. President Donald John Trump has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great detriment of the Rule of Law, and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States of America. Wherefore, President Donald John Trump, by such conduct, has demonstrated that he will remain a threat to the Constitution if allowed to remain in office, and has acted in a manner grossly incompatible with self-governance and the Rule of Law. President Donald John Trump thus warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.
