Impeaching Donald John Trump, President of the United States, for aiding and abetting domestic terrorism within the continental United States and for advancing the tenets of fascism within the American democracy.
Resolved,
That Donald J. Trump, President of the United States, is impeached for aiding and abetting domestic terrorism within the continental United States and for systematically advancing the ideals of fascism within our democratic system, and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate:
Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for aiding and abetting domestic terrorism, and for advancing the ideals of fascism within our American democracy.
Article I: Aiding and Abetting Domestic Terrorism and Fascism
The Constitution provides that the House of Representatives “shall have the sole Power of Impeachment and that the President shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” In his conduct of the office of President of the United States—and in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed—Donald J. Trump has systematically aided and abetted domestic terrorism and fascism as President of the United States in that:
- He acquired and put into action the playbook of former House Representative Thomas Gerard Tancredo featuring the plagiarized ideology, symbolism, coded language, and values of the Nationalist Socialist German Workers’ Party and repackaged them within the Republican Party to present them as American values.
- He has advanced, directly and through his campaign and administration, concepts of operations featuring acts of domestic terrorism along the US-Mexico border by promoting a distorted version of the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.
- He has validated, directly and through his White House staff, through verbal and non-verbal cues, the concept of lethal action against immigrants on US soil along the US-Mexico border, in direct violation of their constitutional rights to due process, representation by counsel, the presumption of innocence and their rights to seek asylum in the United States.
- He has validated, through words and actions, the values, ideals, and tactics of the American Nazi Party and other nativist organizations that advocate and practice the use of lethal action against immigrants within US territories governed by the authority of the Constitution of the United States.
- He and his confederates have validated, through the inclusion in a nationally and internationally broadcast presidential campaign TV spot, the image of an unregulated militia soldier in a favorable context, endorsing and advancing the concept of using lethal force against immigrants on the southern border of the United States of America.
- He has validated, through his association with select celebrities and media organizations, the use of lethal force against immigrants by unregulated militias.
- As Commander in Chief, he has validated the same fascist ideology, communication style and anti-Semitism against which American soldiers fought during World War II in the European Theater of Operations, dishonoring their service in the Armed Forces, courage and ultimate sacrifice in their fight to defeat Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini.
- He has betrayed, by embracing the ideas and visual cues of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party, the laws regarding the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) passed by the United States Congress designed to detect and mitigate the infiltration of Nazi ideology and Nazi operatives within the American society and all other foreign agents intent on undermining the American Democracy.
- Through his actions, President Donald Trump has brought disrepute to the world community, harm and material damages to the United States of America by aiding and abetting the advancement of fascist ideologies that manifested themselves in the advocacy of lethal action and extrajudicial killings of foreign nationals that took place in territories governed by the Constitution of the United States of America.
- Through his actions, President Donald Trump has acted contrary to the spirit and intent of the Founding Fathers and of the Constitution that established the United States of America as a beacon of liberty to the nations of the world and which established since its inception that all men are created equal under God with the inalienable rights of Liberty, Justice, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
Through these actions, President Donald John Trump III has deliberately endangered the national security of the United States, undermined the Constitution he was sworn to preserve, protect, and defend and continues to engage in words and deeds that advance a foreign ideology hostile to the democratic values of the United States. President Donald John Trump has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice, and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States of America. Wherefore, President Donald John Trump, by such conduct, has demonstrated that he will remain a threat to the Constitution if allowed to remain in office, and has acted in a manner grossly incompatible with the Constitution of the United States and the Rule of Law. President Donald John Trump thus warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.
